Description

• We operate a nonprofit pregnancy resource center here in Dillon.
• The job description includes peer counseling, setting up ultrasounds, speaking to youth about abstinence, speaking to abortion minded/vulnerable women and men, partnering with local doulas to offer a well-rounded experience for pregnant Moms and Dads that help to give them confidence and boldness in their impending parenthood.
• The Executive Director role is 12-15 hours per week and operates in 2 different towns every other week.
• As the Director you will meet with our Board of Directors as needed, keep minutes of the meetings, comply with state/local/federal guidelines regarding a 501c3.
• This is a faith-based organization that relies heavily on God's direction, prayer, church support, and leads every program with strict Christian guidelines that the director will not only adhere to, but we pray will have fervor for.
• Strict confidentiality, non-judgmental, trauma-informed.

Requirements

Christian faith and the ability to agree and adhere to our Mission Statement and our Code of Conduct.
Prefer bachelors degree, any field but preference to marketing, business, nonprofit management, social work
Prefer 1 year plus, office experience
Preference to nonprofit management
Adept in Social Media navigation and utilization
Adept in public speaking and interpersonal connections in Dillon
Familiar with Quickbooks, bookkeeping/record keeping, quarterly taxes, preparing budgets
Knowledge of fundraising and grant writing
Knowledge of legislation and labor laws

Bonuses

Yearly performance bonus in early December as budget allows.

Responsibilities

The expectations of this position includes, but is not limited to:
Preparation of the annual budget and to make changes as needed throughout the year.
Bimonthly board meetings, and as needed.
Planning and executing fundraisers throughout the year, including our annual banquet which entails seeking donations for the auction, sending out invitations, keeping track of attendees, and speaking at the event.
Successful grant writing.
Ongoing training and onboarding to new board members.
Public speaking.
Hiring/firing volunteers.
Creativity on Canva is a bonus!
Prompt and concise communication with members of the community, the state, other resource centers, donors, and clients.
Availability for some after-hours needs of clients as needed.
Ability to travel to Sheridan once every other week and across Beaverhead County as needed, as well as to the yearly directors meeting in Montana.
Adept in quickbooks, social media, office equipment, familiar with paying quarterly taxes, payroll, and bookkeeping.
We appreciate a people-person in this role, as you will be meeting with volunteers, students, churches, public, donors, clients, other resource centers, grantors, and other pertinent members of the area.
Peer counseling to clients.
Adherence to HIPPA and other regulations.
We need someone to keep the momentum going that has been built up over this year with our various programs.
